Delete your account

From the app (immediate). Open StoryFan → Settings (gear at the top right) → Delete my account → confirm.

Without the app. Email support@apphive.io from the address you signed in with (Apple or Google), with the subject “Delete my StoryFan account”. We do it within 7 days and confirm back.

What is deleted. Your StoryFan account, the social accounts you connected (including their encrypted session), all story and viewer history, your alerts and your devices’ notification tokens. We keep no copy; technical backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Just disconnect one account. In the app, on the account card → Remove this account: its session and history are deleted and your StoryFan account stays active.
