Child safety standards

Zero tolerance. StoryFan prohibits any child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) content or conduct, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and the sexualization of minors. Accounts that violate this are removed immediately.

How StoryFan works. StoryFan does not let users post content, send messages or contact other people. It only shows each owner the list of who viewed their own stories. Only accounts you own can be connected, and the app is not directed to minors.

How to report. In the app: Settings → Help & legal → Report a safety concern. Or email support@apphive.io. Every report is reviewed with priority.

What we do. On any sign of CSAE we block the account involved, preserve the necessary information and report it to the competent authorities: in Mexico, the Attorney General's Office (FGR) and the Cyber Police; internationally, NCMEC (CyberTipline); and to the originating social network.
